Peggy Rotundo is a stellar candidate to represent Lewiston in the Maine Senate.

It is beyond difficult to find people to put in the countless hours needed to both campaign and then do the job they are elected to do. But, as she has done all her life, Peggy has again stepped up.

Her many years on the Lewiston School Committee as well as prior terms in the Maine House and Senate would serve her and the citizens of Lewiston well as we navigate the challenges facing our state in the years ahead.

I have known Peggy for more than 30 years, first as a parent and then as an elected official. The people of Lewiston are her family, and she protects and works hard for them.

No one is better at constituent care than Peggy, and we need someone of her character, integrity and work ethic in Augusta.
