It has been nearly a year since Gov. Janet Mills’ vaccine mandate for health care workers went into affect.

The state and especially disabled and elderly Mainers are still paying the price, with limited or no care available, as many nurses left their jobs.

It is obvious to all now that she did this based on a lie from our president, that the vaccinated would likely not get very sick or spread the disease.

As the rest of the country ends all distancing, quarantines and testing, it is time for Mills to end her mandate immediately, or she should be voted out this November.
