Shane Haskell works on his BMX bike Thursday in Lewiston. “I have ridden bikes all my life,” said Haskell. “I never got in trouble if I was on my bike. The second I was not on my bike, I got in trouble, so I went back to riding bikes.” Haskell said he collects a lot of bicycles from the trash and uses their parts to fix neighborhood kids’ bikes. “I’m just passing time till my nephew gets home from school so we can go ride bikes,” said Haskell.
