Tammy Chase of Wilton relaxes with Andy, a 2,500 pound eight-year old Chianina ox Friday afternoon, Oct. 7, at the Fryeburg Fair. Andy and teammate Amos, who is the same weight and age are owned by Tammy’s father Dwain Chase also of Wilton. In the steer and ox show earlier in the week the pair was named the Best Pair of Oxen on the fairgrounds. Steers are under four years of age while oxen are over four.
