I totally agree with Clem Bechard’s letter to the editor; I’m sick and tired of the constant bashing of opponents (“U.S. needs leaders with vision, common sense,” Oct. 7).

I feel that it’s fear based. We need leaders who have the courage to commit themselves to let people know their real intention about the positive changes they will try hard to make, and not be so concerned about re-election.

We don’t need career politicians, we need true leaders of the people.

I’m voting for Gov. Janet Mills again. I think her past record is great.

Words are easy, true action is what counts.
