PARIS — Chief Michael Dailey said of Paris Police Department’s pink badges, “The Month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I wanted us to be able to wear something on our uniforms to generate awareness and support. The badge is one of the most prominent parts of that uniform so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity and method. This is the first time we have worn a tribute type badge.”
