Ashley Rae Baril

GREENE – Ashley Rae Baril, born August 25, 1993, lost a 4-year battle with Adrenal Cancer on Jan. 16, 2023. If you knew Ashley, you knew she was the strongest fighter and had a stubborn soul. Regardless, she always wanted what was best for everybody.

Ashley graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 2011 and lived a beautiful life with her friends and family surrounding her in Greene. Ashley spent many years dedicating her life to passionately serving those that needed her most at the JFM homes in Lewiston. In 2016 she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who quickly became her best friend and shadow. Ashley’s faith in God was also very important to her. She was baptized and would draw her incredible strength through her faith. She would always say, “We have to trust Gods plan.”

Ashley was blessed to have a large surrounding of family and friends. She is survived by her beautiful 6-year daughter Brystal Rae and Brystal’s father Anthony Constantino; her parents John and Tina Baril; her rock and brother Joshua Baril, her brother Kyle Baril and wife Porsche; nieces and nephews, Boston, Beckett, Bella, Lilah, Ivory, and Jupiter who loved spending time and taking trips with Auntie Ashley. She is also survived by grandmother Jayne Lepage and grandfather Robert Charest; along with many other aunts, uncles and cousins who impacted Ashley’s life in so many ways.

She was predeceased by her grandfather Richard Baril, grandmother Constance Charest; Uncle Don and Uncle Glenn; including her beloved childhood pets Smokey, Jedi and Buster Brown.

Services will be held at East Auburn Baptist Church on Jan. 28, at 11 a.m. with lunch to follow. Graveside will be held in the Spring at Valley Cemetery in Greene.

If you wish to make donations towards Brystals trust fund, checks may be made out to Joshua Baril.
