LISBON — Police are investigating a shooting Sunday night when a residence was shot multiple times on Main Street, officials said in a news release Monday.

What began as a call for “either gunshots or fireworks” led officers to a residence where shell casings were found nearby, Chief Ryan McGee said in the release.

Nobody was reported injured.

Police spoke to neighbors and checked nearby homes Monday, but they are expanding their search, McGee said.

McGee said he is requesting residents with home security cameras to check their footage for “anything suspicious and out of the ordinary” between 7:30 and 8:15 p.m. Sunday in the area of Main Street between Wing and School streets, including any side streets.
