LEWISTON — Residents are invited to attend a community forum at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Lewiston High School cafeteria to discuss public use of the Franklin Pasture Sports Complex.
The meeting comes after the Lewiston City Council voted to limit access to reservation-only after continued vandalism and misuse of the athletic complex.
The complex includes Don Roux Field, Joe Deschenes Baseball Field and the Franklin track and tennis courts.
The forum will be geared toward ways to keep the fields open while also finding solutions to vandalism.
