Darcy J. Ames

AUBURN – Darcy J. Ames, 44, of Auburn passed away Friday July 7, 2023 unexpectedly at her home. Born in Lewiston on Nov. 7, 1978 the daughter of Scott and Carolyn (Keough) Ames.

She attended Auburn schools and graduated from ELHS Class of 1998. Darcy then attended Head Hunters Cosmetology School in Portland. After several years she opened her own salon called Perfect Image in Auburn for ten years. Her interests included, cooking, the Boston Bruins, music including local bands, spending time with family and friends, she was a social butterfly. In her younger years she enjoyed snowboarding, skiing and dancing. Darcy was proud of being a Godmother to her good friend April’s daughter and loved her French Bulldog “Tuukka” and was an animal lover.

Besides her parents of Auburn she is survived by a sister Jennifer and her husband Raymond Blossom and their children Tristin and Skyler. She also leaves Gavin with whom she helped raise and considered him a son, she also leaves behind her boyfriend Jesse Burlock, and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Darcy is predeceased by maternal grandparents Arthur and Betty Keough and paternal grandparents Richard and Donna Ames.
