LOVELL — Elizabeth “Lizzy” Echard has joined Greater Lovell Land Trust staff in the new position of education and community engagement coordinator.
Echard comes from the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, area and brings several years of experience in environmental education and volunteer management.
She will be responsible for developing and coordinating the trust’s signature environmental education programs, as well as engaging with the communities in the trust’s service area, which includes Lovell, Stoneham, Stow and Sweden.
She will also work closely with the trust’s volunteer team.
“Lizzy’s experience in environmental education with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will be a valuable asset for the Land Trust and the community,” Rhyan Paquereau, interim executive director, said. “She is already hard at work with our staff to help bring new ideas and new offerings to our programs.”
