I am proud to write this letter in support of David Chittim, candidate for Lewiston’s City Council representing Ward 6.

I have known David for 40 years, and I have long admired his civic involvement in many capacities and his willingness to give his time and talents to numerous boards, committees and organizations in our city.

David brings experience as an engineer for both Rockland and Lisbon to the table as well as service on the Lewiston Public Works Advisory Committee. His long record of finding solutions to municipal challenges would serve us well.

In addition, he is a man of incredible integrity and honor, something our country and our city long for in these divisive days.

I hope residents will join me in voting for David Chittim for Ward 6 councilor for the Lewiston City Council this November.
