Lewiston residents should vote for Luke Jenson for mayor this election, not only because we desperately need change, but because Luke lives and breathes the changes needed for our city.

Luke is a Lewiston native who would sit down with residents and do something with their concerns. By expanding our tax base to prioritize small businesses, Luke hopes to lower property taxes to prioritize our roads and noticeably failing infrastructure downtown.

Luke isn’t afraid to go downtown, or to any neighborhood, for that matter. We need to rebuild our neighborhoods to have their autonomy.

By placing a today-focused individual in office, we are working to take back our power in community. What may impact me in 20 years does not negate the issues facing us today.

Luke would work with small businesses, police officers and local taxpayers to ensure the plan we need now is not lost to the wind.
