A fun and unique way to make a Christmas wreath for the holidays was offered Thursday at the Rumford American Legion. For a fee, you got a 24-inch faux noble fir wreath, bow of choice, picks, ornaments, pine cones, and other decorative accessories included, and tools were provided.
