Kennebec Savings Bank announced the retirement of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Debbie Getchell on Dec. 31.
Getchell joined the bank’s leadership team in 2011 as CFO. Her career in banking has spanned 41 years, including 28 years at Machias Savings Bank before joining Kennebec Savings Bank.
A Machias native, Getchell has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management from the University of Maine at Machias and was named a Lordan Scholar at the New England School of Banking.
Getchell’s replacement will be named in early January.
