FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has announced the promotion of Katie Deming to vice president, customer service and branch manager.

Based at the Farmington and Wilton branches, Deming will oversee operations, lead customer service initiatives and provide support.

Deming joined the bank 13 years ago as a senior customer service representative.

She lives in Chesterville with her husband. She has two adult children.
