LISBON — Owen Hurd finished with 13 points for Lisbon as the hosts earned their first win of the season, 44-32, over neighboring rival Oak Hill in a Mountain Valley Conference boys basketball contest Wednesday.
Owen Booker added 12 points for the Greyhounds (1-9), while PJ Smith scored 12 points for the Raiders (1-10).
MARANACOOK 71, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 49: Keagan McClure scored 18 points as the Black Bears (9-1) prevailed in Readfield.
Jack Fontaine and Elijah Freeman added 15 points apiece for Maranacook.
Tanner Henry scored 10 points for Mountain Valley (5-5).
BUCKFIELD 41, CARRABEC 37: Krosby Harvey contributed 16 points for the Bucks (4-6), leading them to the win in Buckfield.
Gaven Parsons chipped in eight points for Buckfield.
Pete Vicneire finished with 12 points for Carrabec (5-5) and Cooper Dellarma added 10.
WELLS 71, POLAND 60: Nolan Brown scored 20 points and Kaden Springer added 16 as the Warriors (7-5) rolled past the Knights (1-8) at Wells.
Spencer Carpenter added 13 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Travis West scored 16 points for Poland.
PORTLAND 79, EDWARD LITTLE 48: Kevin Rugabirwa scored 32 points to power the Bulldogs (10-2) past the Red Eddies (3-9) at Portland.
Drew Veilleux had 15 points, five rebounds and three assists. Eli St. Laurent scored 13 points for Edward Little.
MT. ABRAM 52, MADISON 29: Payton Mitchell finished with 16 points for the Roadrunners, leading them to a win over the Bulldogs in Salem Township.
Bryce Wilcox added 11 points for Mt. Abram (9-0).
Ethan Linkletter chipped in 10 points for Madison (6-3).

HALL-DALE 70, MOUNTAIN VALLEY 52: Jade Graham and Hayden Madore each finished with 21 points for the Bulldogs (5-1) in their victory in Rumford.
KJ Greenhalgh added 12 points for Hall-Dale.
Layce Boucher scored 11 points for Mountain Valley (3-5).
MADISON 54, MT. ABRAM 21: Alison Griffeth scored a game-high 14 points for the undefeated Bulldogs (9-0) in their victory over the Roadrunners in Strong.
Mackenzie Robbins added 12 points for Madison.
Kharlie Turner scored 13 points for Mt. Abram (4-5).
POLAND 58, OAK HILL 25: Althea Thornton scored 22 points as the Knights (6-5) won at Poland.
Charlotte Grenier and Payton Rose added eight points apiece for Poland. Audrey McElhaney scored 10 points for Oak Hill (0-8).
GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 57, LAKE REGION 36: Izzy Morelli scored 22 points and Alexandra Portas added 16 as the Patriots (10-2) cruised past the Lakers (6-5) at Naples.
Abby Lavoie scored 12 points for Lake Region.
TELSTAR 51, LISBON 12: Morgan Zetts tallied 28 points and 15 rebounds for the Rebels, leading them to victory over the Greyhounds in Bethel.
Karen Marshall added 11 points for Telstar (5-4).
Kasie Booker chipped in eight of Lisbon’s (0-9) 12 points and Riley Kuuetauskcis added four.

LEWISTON/OAK HILL 4, BIDDEFORD/THORNTON/WELLS/KENNEBUNK 0: Kylie Dulac scored two goals for the Blue Devils, leading them to victory over the Tigers.
Emma Berube and Fiona Landry each added a goal for Lewiston (6-6).
BOYS HOCKEY
LEWISTON 5, BIDDEFORD/MASSABESIC/OLD ORCHARD 0: Dylan Blue scored two goals for the Blue Devils in their win over the Tigers (1-7) in Lewiston.
Cam Plourde, Colten Daniels and Deano Scalia each added one goal for Lewiston (7-2), and Will Routhier earned the shutout in net.
