HARRISON — An energy fair is set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at the UCC United Parish Church, 77 Main St.
Attendees can learn different ways of using and saving energy, such as blower doors and window inserts, electric power tools and vehicles, waste-to-energy production and recycling.
There will be snacks and a children’s activity room will be available.
The fair is offered by Resilient Harrison Maine, which helps community members save money by increasing climate resilience. The group meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Thursday of the month at the Harrison Village Library, 4 Front St.; all are welcome.
