Chad Moore of Tyler Technologies takes measurements Thursday of a home on Rachel Boulevard in Lewiston. Moore, Carl Marshall and Jeremy Chapman went door to door in the neighborhood during the first phase of property reassessment for the first full citywide revaluation since 1988. Over the course of one year, Tyler Technologies employees will contact homeowners throughout Lewiston and take measurements, which takes five to ten minutes per home.
