Hats off to Auburn Councilor Belinda Gerry and her like-minded colleagues from both Auburn and Lewiston for funding a warming center which will provide shelter for the impoverished of both cities.

I like Belinda, and I wish the center would open sooner each day as cold, rain and snow don’t have a watch.
