PORTLAND — UScellular has named Dallas Phillips retail area sales manager for the company’s southern New England territory.

Phillips is responsible for leading store associates in Auburn, Scarborough, South Paris, South Portland and Westbrook, as well as Keene, Concord and Belmont, New Hampshire.

Phillips joined UScellular in 2014 as a store manager at the company’s Scarborough and Maine Mall stores. Most recently, the Brunswick resident served as a manager at UScellular’s Auburn store.
