The Oxford County Soil & Water Conservation District is set to offer a workshop on basic and advanced erosion control practices from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 16, at the Oxford County Cooperative Extension, 9 Olson Road in South Paris.
The course, of primary interest to contractors, could also be helpful to municipal code enforcement officers, consultants, engineers and public works employees, according to a news release from Chantelle Hay, Education and Outreach coordinator.
