Donna L. Kilkelly

LEWISTON – Donna L. Kilkelly, 76, of Poland, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Central Maine Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Lewiston on March 11, 1947, the daughter of the late Francis and Alice (Moore) Dixon.

She graduated from Edward Little High School Class of 1965. Donna was retired from the United States Postal Service. She was attending Central Maine Community College.

Donna enjoyed playing cards and Mahjong with her friends at the Poland Historical Society. Donna especially looked forward to her Saturday adventures with her longtime friend Helen. They would go to yard sales, dining out and looking for antiques.

She is survived by her two sisters, Kathy Collins and Deborah Unnold, her brother, Michael Dixon and his wife Rachel; her two children, Raymond Thomas Jr. and his wife Tina, her daughter, Wendy Thomas Blais and her husband Paul, her stepdaughter, Sarah Howard and her husband Jeff; nine grandchildren, Zachary, Kendra, Shannon, Amanda, Michael, Dakota, McKenzie, Alex and Sam; 12 great-grandchildren, Ryleigh, Logan, Paysin, Cameron, Willow, Sophia, Zayden, Corbin, Gypsy, Zoey, Owen and Faith.

Donna was predeceased by her parents Francis and Alice Dixon; her husband, Joseph Kilkelly; the father of her children, Raymond Thomas Sr.; and her granddaughter, Kaela Pinard.

Graveside services honoring Donna’s life will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 12 at 12:30 p.m. at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Auburn. A reception of fellowship will be held at the Poland Memorial Library in Poland following the graveside services.
