AUBURN — Fontaine Family Real Estate’s 11th annual Bid for Wishes silent auction raised $25,000 to support Make-A-Wish Maine. This year’s auction was held in memory of 11-year-old Jackson Gibson.
Jackson’s journey was cut short by Sanfilippo Syndrome, a rare genetic condition. Despite the challenges he faced, he lived his life with grace and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on those around him. Fontaine Family dedicated its efforts to support Make-A-Wish in his honor, according to a new release from the firm.
The funds raised aim to help bring joy and hope to children facing serious medical conditions, providing them with the opportunity to experience their own wishes come true.
