LEWISTON — A fundraiser for Eric Geoffroy is set for 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25, at The Cage, 9 Ash St.
Geoffroy recently received a dual kidney and liver transplants. He is a local guy who gives back to the community in many ways. He was a youth hockey coach, helps anyone who needs it and is an all around great person, according to a news release from Kelly Barrett at The Cage.
The event will include a lasagna meal for $7. All proceeds will benefit the Geoffroy family.
The Loose Screws will provide music from 3-6 p.m.
Games such as dice, card games and pool will be offered to also benefit the family.
Those who attend can participate in a raffles and a 50/50 draw for a chance to win prizes.
To support this cause, donations of gift certificates would be appreciated.
