BETHEL — The Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated 2024 Harvest Festival, set to take place on September 21, in the heart of Bethel. This year’s festival promises to be a vibrant celebration of local talent, community spirit, and the joys of the harvest season.

The Harvest Festival will transform downtown Bethel into a lively hub of activity, featuring a diverse array of attractions for all ages. Attendees can look forward to:
● Craft Fair: Explore a curated selection of handcrafted goods from local artisans. From unique jewelry and handmade pottery to artisanal candles and home décor, the craft fair offers something special for everyone.
● Chainsaw Carving: Witness the artistry and precision of a skilled chainsaw carver as they create stunning wood sculptures right before your eyes. These incredible works of art are sure to captivate and inspire.
● Live Music: Enjoy performances from talented local musicians across a variety of genres. Whether you’re a fan of folk, rock, or jazz, the festival’s music lineup promises to provide a perfect soundtrack to your day.
● Kids’ Activities: The little ones will have a blast with a range of fun and engaging activities designed just for them. There will be plenty to keep children entertained throughout the day.
● Apple Pie Contest: Calling all bakers! Show off your culinary skills in our Apple Pie Contest. Participants can enter their homemade apple pies for a chance to win fantastic prizes and have bragging rights as the Best Apple Pie Baker in Bethel. Don’t miss the opportunity to taste the delicious entries and celebrate our town’s best bakers.

The Harvest Festival is not only a chance to celebrate the season but also an opportunity to support local businesses and artists. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with festivities continuing throughout the day.
