I am voting for Dan Campbell this fall for House District 90 because of what he’s done over the last 25 years.
I first saw him speaking to middle school students and their parents about substance abuse. He was candid about his journey and passionate about preventing others from traveling it.
Next, I witnessed his coaching, where he built great team spirit through his values of inclusivity and caring for each athlete. Team building extended past included parents and relatives. He modeled sportsmanship, fair play and positivity.
He courageously battled cancer, and his positivity never left him.
Lately, his caring for the homeless community has been amazing. He doesn’t wait for “someone” to “do something.” He uses resources he has available to make a difference now.
We are lucky to have someone like Dan willing to represent us in Augusta. I’ll vote for him because I think he can make a difference.
