About five years ago I met a man, a long-time police officer, who was running for Lewiston City Council.
As we talked it became apparent, he was the real deal. He had a genuine interest in the city and wanted to make Lewiston better.
I voted for him and watched him represent our ward over the next four years. Now he’s running to be a state representative for Lewiston. He’d bring the same qualities to Augusta that he exhibited here in Lewiston. His sense of right and wrong, loyalty, fiscal responsibility and understanding of government is outstanding.
That’s why I hope people will join me in supporting Lee Clement for the House of Representatives in District 96. His experience, knowledge, and dedication would serve us well. Add this up and find the common sense lacking in government today.
Maine needs Lee Clement; let’s join together and send him to Augusta.
