AUGUSTA — Maine Municipal Association has rolled out the ServeStrong program, an online mental health resource for first responders.

It is designed to provide first responders access to web-based behavioral health services offered by providers familiar with the stresses and trauma experienced by members of the law enforcement, firefighter, emergency medical services, dispatcher, and correctional communities, according to an MMA news release.

The 100% free and confidential program includes a ServeStrong website, professional mental health assessments, trauma-based telehealth therapy for first responders, preventative telehealth therapy and other tailored resources.
