NORWAY — Community Children’s Theater at the Second Congregational Church in Norway is putting on a show.

Children and youth, ages 7-12 are invited to register for Community Children’s Theatre. Registration will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, in the music room of the Second Congregational Church, UCC, 205 Main Street, Norway.

If you plan to register your child, yet cannot attend on Wednesday, September 4, please email [email protected].

Beginning September 11, and through November, rehearsals will be held each Wednesday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. at the church. Thanks to the continued support of the church, there is no cost for participation. Children and their families, however, will need to be dedicated to the theatre production and faithful in attendance.

Director Shirli Allen-Heald of Norway, who has been a local performer, music director of the Second Congregational Church, former owner at The Growing Place Day School, and production assistant Kate Wood of Otisfield, are excited to restart this popular community program. Shirli and Kate state, “We are looking forward to making new friends, having fun, exploring performance activities, and putting on a show.”
