Norway Hall, circa 1883

NORWAY — Do you know where the Beal Block, the Isaac Denison House, and the Upper Primary are? Do you know where the Elm House and Norway Hall were?

The Norway Museum & Historical Society and the First Universalist Church of Norway are collaborating to present the second Norway History Walking Tour on Saturday, September 21. The guided tour will visit these five sites and at each stop, a reenactor portraying a Norway citizen with a personal connection to the building, will tell the site’s history.

One-hour tours are scheduled for 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2 p.m. beginning at the First Universalist Church at 479 Main Street. Tickets are $10 and are now on sale at The Tribune, 430 Main Street in Norway. Each tour is limited to 30 people, so purchase your tickets soon. If necessary, the rain date will be Saturday, September 28.

Proceeds from the tours will benefit the Norway Museum & Historical Society and the First Universalist Church of Norway.
