POLAND — A third attempt to pass a Regional School Unit 16 budget for the 2024-25 year will take place Tuesday at polling stations in Poland, Mechanic Falls and Minot.
Polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for people to cast ballots on a $28.4 million spending plan.
Voters gave initial approval to the $28.4 million proposal in a three-hour meeting Sept. 5.
Poll locations are: the Municipal Building, 108 Lewiston St., Mechanic Falls; Minot Town Office, 329 Woodman Hill Road; and the Poland Town Hall on Route 26/Maine Street.
