A Lewiston Strong softball tournament ball, signed by top prospects for the Portland Sea Dogs and Boston Red Sox, is among the sports memorabilia being auctioned this weekend during the Maine Strong Memorial Softball Tournament at the Auburn Senior Community Center in Pettengill Park. Signatures on the ball include Roman Anthony, Marcelo Mayer, Blaze Jordan, Kyle Teel and Kristian Campbell. The selection includes signed sports memorabilia, a guitar signed by Taylor Swift, ski packages, a shed and a variety of other donated items. The tournament is at Joe Walker Memorial Field and Tricia Asselin Memorial Field in Auburn, as well as Ron Morin Memorial Fields in Lewiston, and benefits the families of the victims and survivors of the Oct. 25 mass shooting. Maine Cabin Masters and mascots from the Maine Mariners, Portland Sea Dogs and Maine Celtics will make appearances throughout the weekend. Haskell and Cote are both board members of the Maine Strong Memorial Foundation.
