When I think about who to vote for, I think about my children and (future) grandchildren, who will live with the consequences of the decisions made today.
The Legislature in Augusta has lost control of its spending — do its members think we’re made of money? With a projected budget shortfall of $1 billion in 2026, we need leaders who will prioritize responsible spending — who will commit to cut their spending, not raise our taxes.
Rep. Laurel Libby has never voted to raise taxes and has consistently opposed bills that would increase the cost of living for hardworking Mainers. She understands that families are already stretched thin, and we can’t afford more reckless spending.
Laurel is a strong advocate for common sense, lower taxes, and policies that protect our financial future. Our children and grandchildren deserve a better tomorrow.
I hope people join me in voting for Rep. Laurel Libby.
