To the Editor:

The South Paris American Legion and VFW posts hosted a Veterans Day Outreach and Ceremony at the High School on Veterans Day. Representatives from over a dozen offices and agencies that provide services for veterans provided valuable information to our community.

Several local businesses also contributed to make this an extraordinary event. Thank you to Aroma Joe’s for once again providing full coffee service. Thank you to Katherine’s Bakery for providing dozens of their scrumptious donuts. And special thank you to Daddy-O’s for several platters of amazing baked goods. Hannaford stepped in and provided cider, juice, and paper products, and Walmart rounded out the support with a gift card. Thank you..
