NORWAY — Norway Memorial Library announces ABC Winter Book Bingo beginning Monday, Dec. 2. Winter Book Bingo cards have 25 squares, each with a different letter of the alphabet. Participants will read books with an author’s name or title beginning with that letter. The object is to complete a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line of five squares to be entered in the drawing to win a book of your choice from a selection of books and a Norway Memorial Library book bag.

Readers who blackout their card by reading 25 titles corresponding to a letter for every square will be entered in a drawing for the grand blackout prize of a gift certificate to a Main Street Norway business.

Beginning Dec. 1, pick up a Winter Bingo Book card at the information desk. Cards must be turned in by Wednesday, March 19, to be entered into the drawing. The drawing will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, the first day of spring. Winners will be notified by telephone.
