NORWAY — Beautiful handmade balsam Christmas wreaths will be sold in the church basement on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., or until we run out, at the Second Congregational Church, UCC, 205 Main Street in Norway. Please come early and choose your wreath while the selection is abundant. Price $20 for standard wreaths and $30 for large wreaths.

The Thrift Shoppe at the Second Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, 205 Main Street, Norway will also be open on Nov. 30. Thanks to generous donations from the Oxford Hills Community, the Thrift Shoppe will feature unique and common household items, seasonal decorations, tools, dishes, glassware, books, jewelry, linens, antiques and so much more.

All items are clean, in good working order, and very reasonably priced. There is also a special section for Christmas gifts, toys, and games. Some are new and some are gently used.

The money raised by the Wreath Sale and Thrift Shoppe support the many missions of our community church, which include but are not limited to: the monthly free drive-thru supper, online and in-person worship services, children’s theater, Sunday school, Bible study, donations to local food pantries, knitting and book groups.
