This week, we recognized an amazing “Friend of Rotary,” Charlie Reiss, who owns Bethel Kitchen Designs and has been a supportive community member for the decades he has been operating his business on Main Street in Bethel. Charlie has been so incredibly generous with our club’s use of his box truck for hundreds of yardsale pick-ups each year, as well as our many dozens of trips to deliver furniture, housewares, and clothing to the New Mainers in Lewiston. Rotarian Scott Parker presented Charlie with Rotary’s highest honor, a Paul Harris Fellow. Well deserved, Charlie!
