Dakota White scored 13 of his 15 points in the second half, helping Dirigo turn back Mountain Valley, 47-35, in a boys basketball contest Thursday in Dixfield.
Nathaniel Wainwright added 13 points for the Cougars (8-6), and Trevor Crosby made three 3-pointers and scored nine points.
Tanner Henry, who also hit three 3s, paced the Falcons (3-10) with 13 points. Ben Desalle scored 10.
MADISON 48, OAK HILL 37: Jacob Linkletter scored 16 points, Ethan Linkletter added 10, and the Bulldogs (6-5) beat the Raiders (3-10) in Wales.
Braden New led Oak Hill with 12 points. Eli Desmond finished with 10.
MONMOUTH 66, BOOTHBAY 51: Sophomores Jacob Harmon and Levi Laverdiere paced the Mustangs past the Seahawks in Monmouth.
Harmon put up a game-high 21 points, including 5-of-6 shooting at the free-throw line. Laverdiere finished with 20 points, hitting a pair of 3-pointers and 6 of 7 free throws. Monmouth (8-4), which dealt Mt. Abram its first loss on Tuesday, has won three straight games.
Junior Simeon Bates and senior Tyson French led Boothbay (3-9) with 16 points apiece.
