LEWISTON — The New Mainers Resource Center is set to hold an open house from 3-5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23.
The center is located across from the entrance to Lewiston Adult Education’s Adult Learning Center at Gov. Longley School on 145 Birch St.
It offers free services to skilled immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers. It also has offices in Portland and Bangor.
Speakers will include Fozia Robleh, program coordinator, and Jen Tiner, director of Lewiston Adult Education. Three people who have received assistance from the NMRC will also speak.
A tour of the adult learning center will follow the open house.
