DEAR SUN SPOTS: Andwell Hospice Thrift Store in Auburn is moving. We will be in the same complex at 245 Center St. but across the parking lot in the old Full House storefront.

To complete this move, our store will be closed the week of Feb. 17 and reopen Tuesday, Feb. 25.

We will still accept donations at our current location the week our store is closed.

We appreciate your loyalty to our store and your understanding that our store may be a bit sparse this week as we work on moving. — No name, Auburn

ANSWER: I hope all goes smoothly as you make this transition. Friends, this thrift store is a wonderful place to shop and to donate so please continue to support hospice in this way.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: I need a little help with cleaning some areas in my apartment. I am very tidy and organized and what I need help with is washing the floors in my small kitchen and bathroom. I can help with moving things out of the way but I cannot get on my knees to do any scrubbing.

Do you know of anyone who can help with this? I live near Hannaford. — Lizette, Turner

ANSWER: I’m asking Sun Spotters to recommend someone in the area who can help Lizette with this task. If you are a house cleaner, please write to me and I will get your information to this lady.

Meanwhile, Lizette, if you have Medicare or Medicare Advantage, there is a possibility that you have a benefit that would help pay for this so investigate your coverage either online or call to see what you can find out.
