The Maine Celtics rallied from a double-digit deficit to beat the Delaware Blue Coats, 117-99 on Sunday in Portland, and clinch an NBA G League playoff spot for the third consecutive season.
Maine (21-12) is in sole possession of first place in the Eastern Conference, holding a 1/2-game lead over Osceolo. Delaware (13-2) was eliminated from playoff contention prior to Sunday’s game. Maine is the defending Eastern Conference champions.
Tristan Enaruna had 18 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and a steal for the Celtics, who trailed by 10 points at halftime. Two-way player Miles Norris scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds, while DJ Rodman had 18 points, five assists and four rebounds. Phillip Wheeler chipped in 20 points.
Thierry Darlan scored 28 points, while Isaiah Mobley had 14 points and 10 rebounds for Delaware.
