Adam West hooks up electricity for vendors’ booths Aug. 12 at Simard-Payne Memorial Park in Lewiston to prepare for the Lewiston-Auburn Balloon Festival. West works for the Lewiston Water & Sewer Division and is a licensed electrician helper, making him one of many city employees doing double duty to prepare for the three-day festival that started Friday.
