Brian Scott of Flagging Services directs traffic Monday morning on Turner Street in Auburn as crews from Northline Utilities work on utility poles and lines. The road was down to one lane as crews inspected the lines and swapped some for new poles. According to a spokesperson from Northline Utilities, they have been contracted by CMP to inspect and make upgrades throughout the state as part of their ongoing maintenance and upgrade program.
