Jared Goulette, also called The Color Wizard, begins spray painting May 5 on the third part of a three-sided mural on the wall of the Consolidated Communications building facing the municipal parking lot next to 66 Ash St. in Lewiston. Before beginning, he painted the wall white and added a “doodle grid.” The doodles are an underlying layer that guides the scale and location of each aspect of the preliminary mural design.
