When asked in an interview if he should “uphold the Constitution,” our president answered, “I don’t know.” Did he not realize he swore an oath to do that very thing when he took the oath of office? He swore to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Does he have memory problems, dementia, or is he just anti-American?
This is not a patriotic president. This is a president who will not abide or uphold one of our most important, respected and foundational documents. The definition of treason is in part “the crime of betraying one’s country.” There you have it.
