Lorrain brings over 12 years of experience in municipal government within the Oxford Hills region, having served on the Budget Committee, Planning Board, Comprehensive Plan Committee, and Oxford Hills Regional Recycling Committee. He has spent the last six years representing Norway as a Selectman.
