NORWAY — The Norway Museum and Historical Society (NMHS) summer programs series continues on Tuesday, July 8. Brad Cummings will discuss the architectural significance and historical importance of some of the buildings that make Norway a living museum. Despite the Great Fire of 1894, many of Norway’s downtown buildings still survive from the mid-1800s.
This program will provide you with a better appreciation for the history and architecture of the buildings you see every day. The program begins at 7 p.m. in the NMHS meeting room at 471 Main Street. Admission is always free, and the public is always welcome.
