The next governor of Maine is predicted to be a Democrat, but let’s not count our chickens. With four current candidates for the June primary, it should be a robust process. The outcome will determine how we mitigate this chaotic, destructive national policy. Much is at stake. We need leaders who will protect workers, access to health care, and take a stand with everyday people.
I support Troy Jackson, logger from Allagash, union member and long-time public servant. Troy served as a state representative, state senator representing northern Aroostook County and president of the Maine Senate, wearing numerous hats as a Maine legislator. Battle-tested and victorious against well-known Republicans, Troy is endorsed by Sen. Bernie Sanders and Maine Sen. Joe Baldacci, both highly regarded.
Get to know Troy’s history, policy and record of standing up for workers’ rights, health care and being a voice for the people of Maine. Troy Jackson for Maine, an excellent choice.
