Lana

Lana was brought in as a surrender, after her owners could no longer care for her. We believe she’s around 3-5 years old. Lana was very nervous when she first came to us, but warmed up quickly. Lana has shown us that she is a very sweet, loving girl who would prefer a quiet home. She is a very low-maintenance cat. She loves to sleep in her box and gives you the cutest meow when you look at her. We think Lana would do just fine in a home with older kids; we think younger kids might be too much energy for her. Lana is litter box trained. At this time, she has not been cat or dog tested yet.

Mushu

Mushu is a 3-year-old Corgi-Aussie mix. He is a spunky little guy with a big personality. He is crate and house trained and has not been destructive with toys or bedding here at the shelter. He walks well on leash and enjoys going for hikes on our nature trail. Mushu has had mixed reactions around dogs and did not do well when he was cat tested. It’s best if Mushu goes to a home as the only pet, and also needs to go to a home with older children only. Mushu will need someone with an active lifestyle to help fulfill his biological needs so that behavior issues don’t arise in the future. He is a very loving guy who just needs some work. He loves meeting new friends but is hesitant of men. With patience and training, Mushu will be a great addition and snuggle bug for life.
